显色原位杂交(CISH) 是一种相对较新的方法,使用基于过氧化物酶的显色反应测定基因扩增,可以使用传统的明场显微镜观察。与 FISH 一样,CISH 决定了基因扩增的实际程度。然而,与FISH不同的是,可以使用标准实验室设备识别阳性信号。可以同时评估标本的组织病理学,信号不会衰减,而是在很长一段时间内保持稳定,允许载玻片在室温下储存。因此,与FISH相比,CISH具有更广泛的整合到诊断实验室的潜力[3]。
